Packaging Standards
All furniture is packed using materials specifically designed to protect during transportation. Wooden and bamboo items are wrapped in protective foam and bubble wrap. Metal furniture is packed with edge protection and anti-rust packaging. Plastic furniture is shrink-wrapped and palletized for bulk shipments. Each package is labelled with SKU, batch number, quantity, and handling instructions.

Freight & Tracking
Standard freight charges apply and are calculated based on delivery location, order weight, and volume. We offer surface transport for large domestic consignments and express courier for smaller, time-sensitive orders. Tracking details are shared via email upon dispatch, enabling real-time shipment monitoring through our logistics partner portals.

Transit Issues
Suspected transit damage or delivery discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Buyers should photograph external packaging and damaged contents before unpacking further, and note any exceptions on the delivery receipt. Claims submitted with adequate evidence are resolved promptly under our Return & Refund Policy.
